Spinach and artichoke dip
Posted on November 24th, 2008 by Jeff
I am faced with writer’s block today but really do I need to sell spinach and artichoke dip? Who does not like cups of cheeses, spinach, and artichokes baked?
For this recipe you will need:
- 1 package of frozen spinach drained and chopped
- 1 can of artichoke hearts cut into quarters
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 3 cup of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of parmesan
- 1 cup of romano
- 2 cloves of garlic grated
- 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese
Combine everything into a 8×8 baking dish, cover with foil, and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until everything is bubbly.
Serve with bread, veggies, or crackers.

this is a perfect starter… thanks for sharing…
Everyone loves this dip. I made a variation of it last week. I used parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
nope, it’s safe to say that words are not needed here.
You are so right. You should have just posted the pics and left us guessing and salivating.
I don’t give spinach enough attention, but this is the kind of thing that would get me buying it again (its been ignored really since I learned I will not in fact grow like Popeye–imagine that!). Looks delicious
yeah, no words, no typing needed.
I could easily spread this inside a LARGE pita bread and eat it all.
