Roasting garlic
Roasted garlic is valuable. It goes great in mashed potatoes or just spread over a piece of crusty bread. Normally after I roast a garlic I like to just squeeze a couple cloves into my mouth.
It is also very very simple to do. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Taking a whole bulb of garlic remove a majority of the outer layer of skin.
Chop about 1/3 from the top of the garlic to expose the cloves of garlic.
Place it on a piece of aluminium foil and drizzle about a teaspoon of olive oil over the top.
Wrap it up in the foil like a hershey’s kiss and place in the oven for 50 minutes.
Remove and let it cool.
